PLEASE READ THESE PRICE MATCHING TERMS CAREFULLY. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS BY VISITING OR USING THE WEBSITE AND SERVICE.

1. Price Matching
   Price matching is only made for items that are regularly priced. We will not match sales and clearance items. Matching is only to occur for identical products. For example: We will not reduce the price of Redecan Black Cherry Punch (CNB-04603014) to the price of a competitor’s Edison Black Cherry Punch (CNB-01002603) We will not price match something that is below the current cost. Price matched items are not eligible for any additional discounts such as sales or loyalty rewards.
   
   
2. Competitor Pricing
   Competitor’s pricing must be verified through an official online menu. If using an online menu, it must show that the item is in-stock.
   
   
3. Price Matching Region
   Only competitors within St. Albert will be price matched. Only legal, recreational cannabis stores will be considered. No medical, no grey market.
